This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Nimova Inspect.
Nimova Inspect is designed to work primarily on your device.
We do not require you to create an account to use the app, and we do not operate an account system for Nimova Inspect.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Nimova Inspect allows you to select and open CAD and 3D files from your device or from storage locations made available through Apple's document picker, such as iCloud Drive.
Files you open in Nimova Inspect are processed locally on your device for viewing and inspection.
Nimova Inspect does not upload your CAD files to Nimova-operated servers.
Your files remain under your control and are accessed only when you choose to open them or otherwise interact with them through the app.
Nimova Inspect Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.
Apple processes payment and subscription information. Nimova Inspect does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The app may receive information from StoreKit that is necessary to determine whether you currently have access to Nimova Inspect Pro.
This may include information such as the product purchased and the current entitlement status.
Payment processing and App Store account information are handled according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
